Mental Health Support
While summer holidays are a welcome reprieve from daily academic schedules for many, they can also be a source of uncertainty for some. If you are requiring mental health support, we wish to highlight the following resources for support:
- Access Mental Health (403-943-1500): Entry point to AHS mental health resources, programs, and supports
- Walk-In Service at The Summit Center for Youth Resilience (587-534-7200): Urgent, single session walk-in counselling available 7 days a week (9am - 9pm). 1015 - 17 Street NW
- Walk-In Service at South Calgary Health Centre (403-943-9374): Urgent, single session walk-in counselling available (Mon-Thurs 4pm-7pm; Fri 10am - 1pm). 2nd Flr, 31 Sunpark Plaza SE
- 24 Hour Distress Centre Line/AHS Mobile Response Team (403-266-4357): Crisis support and consultation with mental health clinicians via the Distress Centre.
